WINNER (Miss Mundo Dominicana 2011) will represent Dominican Republic in Miss World 2011 Pageant.

1st Runner-up will represent Dominican Republic in Miss International 2011 Pageant.

2nd Runner-up will represent Dominican Republic in Miss Supranational 2012 Pageant.
